We do it differently. Capsul publishes the full chain of accountability behind every home we ship — who designs it, who builds it, who inspects it, who certifies it, and whose name is on the warranty when it lands on your site.
The right question for a buyer has never been where a home is made. It's whether it's made well, certified properly, and delivered as promised — by people who put their name on the contract.
Architecture, engineering, and code compliance for your destination market are handled by Capsul's team in Chicago — before a single sheet of steel is cut.

Capsul-employed inspectors are physically present on the production floor, signing off every unit at five stages: frame, services, finishes, weather seal, and final pre-ship.
Every unit is certified in Capsul's name to your destination market's code — BCA Class 1A in Australia, BOPAS-accredited in the UK, IBC-compliant in the US.
Most modular brands either rely on factory QC or fly in for periodic audits.
Capsul employs its own inspectors. They're physically present at the production facility — not visiting, not video-calling, not reviewing PDFs from across an ocean. They sign off every unit before it leaves the line.
And the 10-year structural warranty is backed by Capsul directly. Claims come to us. Not to a factory you've never met.
