Day 3–14

Contract · 50% deposit

Spec sign-off and contract issued in Capsul's name. 50% deposit unlocks your build slot in our ISO-9001 facility.

Day 15–60

Build

30–45 days production. Capsul-employed inspectors sign off every stage. You receive build photos at each milestone.

Day 60–120

50% balance · ship · keys

50% balance due before shipping. Sea freight to your nearest port. Your local contractor handles crane lift, foundation seating, and service connections. We supply structural drawings and installation guidance. Most installs complete in 1–2 days.
