The unit arrives by truck, fully built. Your local installer or general contractor handles the crane lift, foundation seating, and service connections (water, power, waste). We supply structural drawings, an installation manual, and remote guidance. Most installs complete in 1–2 days with an experienced contractor. HVAC is specified separately and installed by your contractor.

A level foundation (pad, pier, or slab — site-specific) and service connections (water, power, waste/septic) within standard distance. We send you a site-prep checklist after spec sign-off. Your local contractor handles the foundation.

Capsul handles unit-level certification (BCA Class 1A, BOPAS, IBC). Your local contractor or planning agent handles site permits (planning, building, foundation, services). We coordinate with them on documentation.

It locks your production slot in our factory for 12 months and puts your enquiry on the priority response track — a fixed-price quote within 48 hours. The $1,000 is credited in full to your final purchase.

Most Capsul UK installations qualify under Permitted Development — no full planning application required. Larger or non-PD installations need a standard planning application. Our team confirms PD eligibility during your quote.

Australian states have streamlined granny-flat regulations (NSW, VIC, QLD) that allow our ADU under Complying Development Certificate (CDC) — typically council-approved in weeks, not months. BCA Class 1A certification handles the build-code piece.
